Texas Motor Speedway announces 2016 race date

Scott Dixon's victory in the Firestone 600 in June was his second at Texas Motor Speedway and second of the Verizon IndyCar Series season. He went on to win the finale at Sonoma Raceway to claim his fourth series championship.
