The INDYCAR community is coming together to provide vital support to the people of Ukraine as they navigate the tragic and shocking conditions imposed upon them by ongoing Russian military aggression.

INDYCAR’s parent company, Penske Corporation, has made a $1 million contribution to World Central Kitchen, an organization that works to supply meals to those in need at the frontlines of humanitarian, climate and community crises. World Central Kitchen has already provided more than 1 million meals to Ukrainian refugees and citizens still in their home country.

Ahead of this weekend’s NTT INDYCAR SERIES race at Texas Motor Speedway, fans can support this effort by visiting www.WCK.org/INDYCAR to make a donation that will supply meals to those impacted by this crisis.

“The thoughts of the INDYCAR and racing community at large remain with the people of Ukraine during this difficult and extremely sad time,” said Mark Miles, Penske Entertainment Corp. president and CEO. “We thank our fans in advance for their generosity and encourage our entire racing community to support this effort on behalf of Ukraine and its brave people.”

On Feb. 24, Russia launched a large-scale attack on neighboring Ukraine, invading the country on several fronts. To learn more about how WCK has provided immediate and urgent assistance, click here.
