Carlin and driver Max Chilton will miss the GMR Grand Prix on Saturday, May 15 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway due to a travel issue for Chilton, a native and resident of the United Kingdom.
The team has arrived at IMS and will use the extra time to prepare Chilton's No. 59 Carlin Chevrolet for the 105th Indianapolis 500 on May 30 at IMS.
Carlin's two-car Indy Lights team will compete today and Saturday on the IMS road course, as planned.
