It's that time of year

Marco Andretti continues a long-standing tradition: For the past eight years, the Andretti Herta Autosport with Marco Andretti and Curb-Agajanian driver has vacationed with comedian Kevin Hart and rapper/actor Ludacris. 2018 was no different as the trio headed to Mexico with their significant others.


Run for the border

Meanwhile, also in Mexico, 2018 Verizon IndyCar Series runner-up Alexander Rossi spent the week preparing for his upcoming run in the SCORE Baja 1000. The 2016 Indianapolis 500 champion is partnering with the Honda Off-Road Racing Team for the 806-mile trek in the Baja California peninsula.


A day to remember

Reigning Indianapolis 500 champion Will Power wished his wife, Liz, a happy birthday on Tuesday with a picture of a special smooch on the Indianapolis Motor Speedway’s yard of bricks following his epic win this past May. Happy birthday, Mrs. Power!


He’s ba-a-a-a-ack!

Two-time Formula One champion Fernando Alonso recently announced his highly-anticipated plans to return to Indianapolis Motor Speedway in 2019 and continue his quest for racing’s Triple Crown by attempting to win the Indianapolis 500 to go with his victories at the Monaco Grand Prix and 24 Hours of Le Mans.

As you can imagine, fans and drivers quickly sent Alonso their thoughts on the exciting announcement, including INDYCAR’s James Hinchcliffe and 1996 F1 champion Damon Hill, whose father, Graham, is the only driver to win the Triple Crown thus far.
